Cheltenham-based Adz Smith and Bristol’s Opalys were brought together by the Jungle Gods during lockdown, with a mutual love of atmospheric jungle and drumfunk.

After bonding over similar music tastes they began playing regular live streams together before deciding to collab a track with production sessions on Zoom.

Arriety is the result of these weekly sessions, with the piece reflecting the musical influences and interests of each artist equally.
